SAB is embarking on the design and implementation of a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) system, which focuses on recruitment of, management of, and providing direction for the people who work in SAB. The HRM will deal with all issues related to SAB staff such as compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.
