• Oversee academic advising provided by advisors and monitor their performance to ensure quality advising.
• Provide necessary support to students, especially those facing academic challenges.
• Support outstanding students, offering them resources and opportunities to enhance their abilities and nurture their creativity.
• Establish effective communication channels between advisors and students to ensure their academic needs are met promptly.
