حصل أيمن ميدان على درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر من الأكاديمية الحديثة لعلوم الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا الإدارة، القاهرة، مصر، في عام 2001. وحصل على درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه من كلية علوم الكمبيوتر بجامعة إشبيلية، إسبانيا، في عامي 2012 و2019 على التوالي. تشمل اهتماماته البحثية هندسة البرمجيات، وعملية تطوير البرمجيات، وعمليات الأعمال، وإدارة العمليات والمشاريع.
