I am an Assistant Professor at the Arab Open University. I obtained my Ph.D. from CNAM, France. With over 10 years of teaching experience in France, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia, my research focuses on improving the semantic quality of business process models through the use of domain ontologies and machine learning algorithms.
