The Admissions, Registration and Examinations Department would like to inform you that applications to sit for the midterm exams at another branch (within Saudi Arabia) for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2025–2026 will be accepted starting from Wednesday, 11/02/2026 until Tuesday, 17/02/2026.
Applications must be submitted through your account on the (SIS). Please note that no request will be accepted after the assign deadline.

Important Notes:
- A fee of SAR 215.625 per course must be paid within two hours of submitting the request to avoid cancellation.
- If payment is not completed within the specified time, the request will be automatically cancelled and the status will be updated to “Deleted.”
- After successful payment, the request status will be updated to “Pending” (approval for taking the midterm exam at another branch within Saudi Arabia).
- No prior approval is required. Students may attend the exam at the selected branch once the request has been submitted through SIS and the service fee has been paid.
- An announcement regarding applications to take midterm exams at branches across other Arab countries for the Second Semester 2025 will be issued at a later date.
