Dr. Malaj was awarded a full scholarship for Ph.D. studies in Management and Organization at Graduate School of " Istanbul Technical University". Dr. Malaj has more than 5 years of teaching experience in several universities of Albania and in Kuwait. Also, she has a lot of practical experience as HR (specialist/manager) in different big Albanian companies.
Passionate about language acquisition, she is fluent in Albanian (native language), English, Italian, Turkish, and Spanish.
In addition, Dr. Malaj organized the initial AOU startup competition, which was held at the AOU, KSA branch. The competition culminated on April 29, 2025.
