Dr. Matrah has 8 years of experience in education. She worked in Jeddah science and technology center. She holds a Master’s degree in human resource management from Brunel university, London and PhD in business studies from Swansea university, Wales. Her research interest is mainly in employee turnover, in particular female nursing turnover. She won the 2nd place in Sharjah Award for Doctoral Dissertations in Management Science in the Arab World, 17th Round 2019 and she participated as an organizer in the 7th Saudi students conference in Edinburgh 2014.
Dr. Matrah have taught many courses in the University of Prince Mugrin at Almadinah Almunawarah such as legal environment in business, leadership, human resource management and strategic management. At AOU, She taught the courses of Introduction to business (BUS110), professional communication skills for business (LB170) and strategic management (BUS310).

· Oct 2013-Feb 2014 - Part-Time Member organizer in the 7th Saudi Students Conference, Edinburgh, UK (Participated in the media and documentation committee).
· 2001-2002- Part-Time Coach Scientific Programs in Jeddah Science and Technology Center (Presenting educational workshops about the applications of science in our daily lives for school students and visitors of the center).
· 2001-2008- Part-Time Teacher in the 63 School of Illiteracy, Jeddah (Teaching illiterate female Student subjects such as science and mathematics).
