Dr.
Qamrul Islam is an Assistant Professor with over 16 years of illustrious experience
in teaching, research and academic leadership at different prestigious
universities. He earned a Ph.D. in the field of Commerce from the Aligarh
Muslim University, India, where he conducted his research on Human Resources
Management. In his career, Dr. Islam has been at the forefront in developing
innovative curricula, mentoring students and doing the most cutting-edge
research in the field of Business, HRM and Strategic Management.
Apart
from the teaching responsibilities, Dr. Islam is engaged in multiple research
projects related to Business Administration. He has a long experience in
research activities with papers in numerous conferences and journals of international
repute. His research not only furthers knowledge in theory but also
seeks to address practical challenges with the aim of improving societal
outcomes. He continues to inspire future generations of scholars, driving innovation and excellence in both academia and beyond.
