Updated Rules and Procedures for Exam Postponement (Midterm and Final Exams)
We would like to draw your attention to abide by the instructions and procedures below for the postponement of Midterm and Final Exams.
- All course postponement requests are subject to the applicable fees 561.20 Riyal with no exceptions, except in cases where two examinations are scheduled at the same an hour.
- Medical excuses do not exempt students from the applicable -postponement fees, regardless of whether they are issued by government or private healthcare providers.
- Once a postponement request has been submitted through the SIS, -the applicable fee will be charged and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The full postponement fee applies even if the student does not make use of the service, including failure to attend the rescheduled examination or attendance at the original examination after submitting the postponement request or dropping the subject.
Once you submit a request to postpone an examination, the request is considered approved, making you eligible to sit for the makeup examination.
